ADVERTISING VOCAB
Definition of marketing: the science and art of exploring, creating, and delivering value to satisfy the needs of a target market (thị trường mục tiêu) at a profit. Marketing identifies unfulfilled needs (nhu cầu chưa được thoả mãn) and desires (khao khát). It defines, measures (đo lường) and quantifies the size of the identified market and the profit potential.
Aims of advertising: To increase customer awareness/ brand awareness (nâng cao nhận thức về thương hiệu) => boost sales / revenue => maximize profit (profit maximization: tối đa hoá lợi nhuận)
Advertising campaigns: chiến dịch quảng cáo
